Combining the science, deep wisdom and intangible cultural heritage of my Ancestors and lived experience, with formal training in Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy and law, I work with you, like a Mediator, to facilitate equilibrium and realignment with presence, values and creative healing.

I work therapeutically with clients of all ages and stages from babies to Elders, over a series of regular sessions. 

Outcomes are unique to each experience from increased awareness and greater understanding of the interwoven landscapes of self (body, mind, spirit), Country, Community and Ancestors; regeneration of health; alleviation of pain and tension (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual); increased creativity, energy, relaxation, connection and expression to many other creative insights and possibilities.

The experience is strengths based, focussed on health and wholeness, practical, and grounded in safety, deep listening, objectivity, empathy, compassion, respect, care and expertise.

Clients attend with a range of intentions and concerns from seeking deeper connection and alignment, to resourcing/check up (just as you would have a dental or car tune up and software upgrade), working with challenges from stress, shock, trauma, sleep concerns, grief, neurological diagnoses, ADHD, anxiety, depression, pain, injury, illness, post surgery, jaw tension, post partum, digestive complaints, aches, tension, restless legs and pelvic floor concerns.

Pricing*

$200 initial and extended sessions. (Concession and youth $160) 

$180 repeat session.
(Concession and youth $140)

4 sessions in 4 weeks: $660 full, $525 concession, valid 30 days from purchase date
