Warrawi is language expressive of my matrilineal bloodline, Dhudhuroa identity and culture.
I work from the understanding that we as living beings are seeped in alive intelligence.
That we are interwoven within intricate relationships with the inherent intelligence of County, Ancestors, Identity, Community and the Earth.
I offer practices that facilitate connection with this intelligence.
Through deep listening and presence, we can become more aware of what is happening within and around us in presence and integrity.
Healing is a gift of wholeness and reconnection.
I support you to discover what becomes possible when you are present with what is alive, right now.
WHAT IS ALIVE INTELLIGENCE?
Alive Intelligence is the real and living intelligence that moves through all that is alive.
It is broader than rational, analytical thinking.
It is the opposite of 'Artificial'.
It is not something we control or predict or manufacture or stop.
Oceanic, volcanic, sunlit, tidal, moonlit, rhythm, wind, fire, rain, bird song, sap, roots, breath, nerves, bones, blood, lymph, organs…
It is Country’s intelligence. Body intelligence.
Awareness and knowledge are interwoven and work together.
The ability to be IN presence, is the opportunity to connect with the creative expression of alive intelligence.

THE BODY
Dynamic awareness of the internal landscape of the body is one way we can attune to this intelligence.
We are the body, and we are the Earth
The body is alive intelligence in expression.
And we may only rarely be conscious of that.
The body carries experience, intangible heritage, science, innate healing, story, wisdom, oceanic currents, breath wind, alchemical processes.
Sensing
Communicating
Remembering
Creating
Responding
Through deep, curious, supported and spacious listening we can come into relationship and awareness with what is happening within us and what we are in relationship with right now, without immediately overriding our experiences by thinking, fixing, oppressing, controlling, judging, analysing or forcing calm.
This is being present with dynamic states of being.
Giving air to what is being carried in the subconscious.
It is clarifying.
It is connection with alive, intelligent, emergent and creative potential
It is reconnecting our thoughts and minds into the algorithmic depths of knowledge and trust that is inherent in all life.

COUNTRY
WE ARE IN RECIPROCAL RELATIONSHIP WITH COUNTRY
We are part of Country—not above it and not below it.
Country is not backdrop.
Our relationship with Country carries responsibility and reciprocity.
Country is the living, intelligent expression of aliveness.
Country holds knowledge, relationship, science, story, memory and intelligence.
Country provides all the resources that sustain us.
In presence with alive intelligence we can then choose, moment by moment, to listen, respect, respond and take wise action.
These are skills developed and remembered through knowledge and understanding grounded in truth and integrity.
Knowing who we are, who and where we come from and our relationship to the places that we stand in now.

Encompassing recognition of the generations of Ancestors expressed in our DNA and intangible living heritage along with cultural healing protocols as appropriate.

WHY WORK WITH ME
My practice is continuous, traversing lived experience, practice-led research, Indigenous knowledge, inherently cross-cultural creative expression and formal study.
I have worked deeply with the alive intelligence of body, mind, spirit, intellect and Country for many years, alongside experience in law, policy, facilitation, cultural practice, language reclamation and research, movement, meditation, consulting and being a mother of two children.
These different strands are interwoven and continuous.
We begin meeting you in the moment exactly as you are,
right now, and we go from here.
