Values
I believe in deeply traversing Ancestral pathways.
In understanding who we are, where we come from and our connection to where we are now.
I believe in living in relationship and connection with alive, innate and wise intelligence. In plugging into that intangible knowing, so often mocked and derided and hidden from view.
That which is revealed in whispers, rhythms, dreams, feelings, tingling insights and uncanny moments interspersed through depths and undercurrents.I believe in listening to and free movement of all experiences from joy, to grief, to pain, to awe - with curiosity, compassion and safety.
I believe that we have access to consciousness and knowledge that live beneath the surface of our day to day analytics, rationalisations, patterns, thoughts, worries, diagnoses, traumas, judgements and beliefs.
I believe that when we learn to access, listen to and be in presence as directed by alive intelligence, insight emerges and new pathways open up. This applies along the scale of experiences - from the mild to the profound.
I believe in the emergent, creative, healing expression that is contained in the ability to be in presence. This is not about focussing the mind on an outcome, thinking there’s something wrong with us that we must fix or cajole. It’s not about calming down, forcing desired change or ignoring pain. it’s not about subjective good or bad, right or wrong. It's sometimes sunshine and rainbows, it's sometimes dark and stormy. It is not avoidant. It is insight.
This is rich and alive and textured and multifaceted and endlessly creative.
It is not simple to do.
And yet.. there is capacity to remember, to relearn.
We need a guide here, to shine a light towards our blind spots, to hold us safely as we traverse what has been hidden from view.
I believe in appreciating the beauty, the wonder, the joy of everyday moments. Even when it doesn’t feel ‘good’.
I believe, in listening, connecting, feeling, sensing. In lived experience, intuition, creative expression, celebration, ritual, ceremony, joy, grief and vulnerability.I hold deep respect for the mysteries.
I recognise and respect our living and reciprocal relationship with Country and the responsibility to act relationally, with mutual respect and reverence, presence, curiosity, integrity, acceptance and non judgement.

I am a matrilineal First Nations Dhudhuroa and Wamba Wemba woman with patrilineal Greek heritage and Ancestral connections to Wabenaki, Lenape and European bloodlines.
I am a mother, Warrawi, leadership consultant, language researcher, movement artist, facilitator, non-practising lawyer and actor.
I am currently the Dhudhuroa Lead Language Worker in the School of Languages and Linguistics at the University of Melbourne.
I also work with a diverse range of individuals and organisations including consulting with Coming to Life and the Regenerative Leader.
I support people to recognise and work from strength, clarity and integrity with alive and innate intelligence.
This process ignites conscious restoration of relational equilibrium internally, and resonates and reflects externally, in our footprint, integral action and connections including with Country and Mother Earth.
Everything is interconnected.
Each footprint leaves giant marks.
What will yours be?

Alive intelligence
A paradigm we know deep in our bones.
My practice is shaped by deep listening with alive intelligence - body, brain and nervous system, therapeutic dialogue, trauma-informed frameworks, cultural integrity and an impartial, attentive presence alongside strategic and analytical practices.
My work brings intergenerational and embodied knowledge into relationship with contemporary leadership practice.
Drawing on Ancestral wisdom and intangible cultural heritage, language, artistry, law, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, meditation, yoga and 18 years of continuous, deep practice-led contemplative inquiry, I help people recognise and work from the intelligence, strengths and capacities already alive within them.
Through consultation, I support leaders, individuals and organisations to deepen awareness and presence with what lies in the undercurrents.
Together, we build grounded relationships across self—mind, brain, body and Spirit—Country, community and Ancestors, creating the conditions for purposeful and holistic leadership and action.
This strengths-based approach develops discerning clarity, introspection, reflective practice, awareness, creativity and relational intelligence, leading to impact that is authentic, responsible and reciprocal with respect for the whole ecosystem.
Working together
Our work creates space for you to lead from what is already strong, intelligent and alive within you. Through facilitated awareness, deep listening, embodied inquiry and honest reflection, you strengthen your relationship with your (spirit)/centre, clarify what matters and develop the presence to lead with courage, integrity and discernment.
Together, we translate insight into leadership that can be felt in your choices, relationships and ways of working. You become better able to hold complexity, build trust, invite the strengths of others and act with purpose—creating a wider impact across your organisation, community and the living systems of which you are part.
Achieve the benefits of investing in alive intelligence.
Risk sharing your beautiful, profound and integral gifts of creative expression and impact in the world.
