THE BODY

The body is alive intelligence in expression 

Containing cultural heritage, healing, story, wisdom, oceanic currents, bloodlines, breath wind, alchemical processes.

Sensing

Communicating

Remembering

Creating

Responding

And we may only rarely be conscious of that. 

Because we are often outsourcing our trust

And living ahead, beside, above, below, outside or beyond ourselves. 

Dynamic awareness of the internal landscape of the body attunes us with alive intelligence.  

Awareness and knowledge work together. 

Reconnecting our thoughts and minds into the algorithmic depths of emergent and creative potential.

Country is the fabric of aliveness that we are part of, not above, not below 

Country is not a backdrop.

Country provides all the resources that sustain us.

Our relationship with Country carries roles, responsibilities and reciprocity.

Truly understanding and integrating who we are, who and what lands our Ancestors come from and our relationship to the places that we are in now facilitates connection.  

Attuned skilfully with alive intelligence we can choose to listen, respect, respond and take wise action, moment to moment that benefits generations.
