Resourcing and co-regulation in person or online sessions
1 on 1 resourcing sessions (60 mins). We collaborate in a safe, supported space to facilitate resolution of your concerns enabling clarity and increased awareness. In these sessions, you are supported to develop your ability to tune in with the sensations in your body, the activity of your mind and and respond effectively to your moment to moment needs. This process and awareness continues following the session. We explore together what is going on for you and utilise various techniques from meditation - creative movement - awareness exercises - wayapa wuurrk and dialogue to alleviate tension and pain invoking a feeling of greater wellbeing, presence and clarity.
