Feeling free

Are you in pain? Have you had an accident?  Are you worried, not sleeping? Are you stressed? Do you feel anxious? Do you have ongoing pain, a 'bad shoulder' a sore hip? Have you experienced a traumatic event or ongoing stressors?

Did you know, you are not broken. Your body is being held, suspended, in a state of tension and this is causing you pain and distress. It is not possible to analyse and think your way out of that. You go see a practitioner week after week, year after year and they adjust you, 'fix' you. You feel better for a day or so and then the pattern re-emerges, it never really changes. You need to keep going back, week after week. You do yoga or an exercise program, you feel better, but then life gets in the way and you stop. You go back to your old patterns, nothing has changed, things never really change, they just get masked.
