The body is alive intelligence in expression.

The body shares experience, intangible heritage, science, innate healing, story, wisdom, oceanic currents, breath wind, alchemical processes. Sensing, communicating, remembering, creating, responding. 

And we may only rarely be conscious of that. 

Because we're often outsourcing our trust 

And living ahead, beside, above, below, outside or beyond ourselves
